Italiensk ret med æg

Denne brunchret er så mættende og lækker, at du aldrig ville gætte, at den er lavet af nogle få, enkle ingredienser.

Ingredients

  • 2 mellemstore æg
  • 200 g økologisk tomatpassata
  • 1 fed hvidløg
  • hakket persille
  • ekstra jomfru olivenolie efter smag
  • salt og peber efter smag

Directions

Step 1

Dryp lidt olie på en stegepande. Tilsæt de pillede hvidløgsfed, og steg dem en smule. Tilsæt passata, krydr, og lad det koge ved svag varme i ca. 10 minutter.

Step 2

Når saucen er kogt, fjernes hvidløgene. Lav to fordybninger i saucen med en ske. Slå et æg ud i hver fordybning og pas på, at blommen ikke går i stykker.

Step 3

Kog æggene ved meget lav varme, indtil æggehviden har sat sig, og tag dem så af varmen. Drys æggene med salt, peber og hakket persille.

Server dem varme.
